Moving is a big decision, and we understand that there’s a lot you want to know. That’s why Settler’s Ranch Apartment Homes has compiled answers to the most common questions. What Is the Pet Policy?
We welcome both dogs and cats with a one-time fee and deposit. Certain breed restrictions apply, and there is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. All Pets must be interviewed inside the office prior to move in.
Do All Units Have a Garage?
No, we have detached garages with remote access available to lease.
Do You Have Reserved Parking?
Yes, you can rent your own carport with your new apartment home.
What Are the Lease Terms?
We offer up to 18-month lease terms. Renter’s insurance must be active for the entire lease term.
How Do I Apply?
Future residents must complete an Application and pay a fee of $85 per person and $90 per married couple to begin processing the Application. Please use the online Rental Application, or swing by and meet us to complete the Application.
When Will I Know Whether I’ve Been Approved?
Once you have completed the Application and paid the fee, we usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.
What Are the Office Hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday :TBD
Do You Have a Residential Referral Program?
Yes, we always greatly appreciate residents telling friends, co-workers, and family about our beautiful community. We offer you a bonus on your referral once the new Resident Moves -In.
When Are the Fitness Center, Conference Room, and Pool Open?
Fitness Center: Daily Monday to Sunday
Conference Room: Daily Monday to Sunday
Pool: Monday (after 5 PM), Tuesday to Sunday: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
